🔒 Information Protection

Protecting information is a non-negotiable part of our AI policy. We have established firm boundaries to ensure information remains secure and confidential.

  • No AI in Client Communications: We do not connect AI systems to our business email accounts or other client communication platforms.
  • No Sharing Client Data with AI: Information that clients and business partners shared with us, including their contact information, is never used in any AI model without their explicit, written consent for a specific, defined task.
  • No Sharing Data for AI Training: We have disabled all data-sharing and “model-training” features within every third-party AI tool we use. This prevents our internal queries and any information we input from being used to train the AI provider’s models.
